Google Reader has this “Share” fea­ture that appends every­thing you mark to “Share” to an atom feed. I took that atom feed, put it through Yahoo! Pipes just to get cleaner XML, parsed that XML apart with Las­tRSS, and threw the results onto a sin­gle page: this one. In other words, I didn’t write any­thing below; I just read it in Google Reader and thought it was cool.

I’m still work­ing on a way to pro­vide links to the sources of these posts, but Google Reader’s atom does not play with Las­tRSS or Yahoo! Pipes very well.
