My site was hacked and I lost my posts. Fortunately, they were all on Google Reader so I was able to use a slightly modified method based on your advice to get my old posts. All I did was CNTL+P, select Print to PDF, save and move to the next post. Then I used Adobe Acrobat (full version) to combine them all. Later, I'll convert that to a Word doc and recreate my posts. A bit of a pain but at least I have my old posts. Thanks for getting me on the right track to do this.

Actually I'm having trouble with that Google Reader Print Button script now that Google Reader has gone through some updates. The code was apparently updated on 12/17, but it's still not working for me.

You could also use the iMacro extension to do it, probably.

I'm currently trying to backup all my "starred items" in Google Reader and this looks like a nice hack.
